An IMF (International Monetary Fund) mission, during its recent visit, had a meeting with the NGO sector on 15 September to discuss financial and social concerns of the NGOs in Bangladesh. Led by Mr. David Cowen, Deputy Division Chief in the Asia & Pacific Department the meeting was attended by IMF Resident Representative and a few NGOs including the NGO Federation. The meeting was part of IMFs annual consultation with government officials and NGO sector.
