The Minister-Counselor and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir T. Dzhunkovskiy visited FNB Central Office on 28 February 2007 to apprise himself of the activities of the NGO Federation. He showed interest in initiating linkages between the Russian and the Bangladeshi NGOs as he believed that the former would be immensely benefited by the long and rich experience of their counterparts in Bangladesh.
