Recommendations with comments on the draft of “The Foreign Donations (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Act” have been submitted to the Director-General of the NGO Affairs Bureau on March 18. It was preceded by collection of views/comments and series of consultations at various levels with the participation of a number of organizations and sector networks. The participants included BRAC, CAMPE, BELA, BLAST, Dhaka Ahsania Mission, DORP, Manusher Jonno, Nijera Kori, Padakkhep, RIC, Odhikar, ALRD, CDF, INAFI, etc.

There will be a number of discussions with NGO Bureau followed by a workshop.
